1Definitions

The following terms are used throughout this document and carry the meanings defined below. Understanding these definitions will help you read and interpret the rest of these Terms correctly.

2Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the royalbet platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing a wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full. This agreement takes effect from the moment you complete registration on royalbet.

These Terms apply to all use of the royalbet platform, including access via desktop browser, mobile browser, and the royalbet mobile application. If you access royalbet through a third-party device or network, these Terms still apply in full.

3Eligibility

To register and use royalbet, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

4Account Registration

Each player may hold only one account on royalbet. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same payment method, or the same IP address — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being suspended.

When registering, you must provide accurate and complete information. This includes your full name, date of birth, phone number, and any other details requested during the registration process. Providing false information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any balance.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your royalbet account credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. royalbet will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone. • All registration information must be accurate and kept up to date.

• royalbet may require identity verification (KYC) at any time before processing withdrawals.
• Accounts that remain inactive for 12 consecutive months may be subject to a monthly maintenance fee or closure.

5Deposits and Payments

royalbet accepts deposits in BDT via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and local bank transfer. All deposits are credited to your royalbet account balance in BDT. There are no currency conversion fees for deposits made through supported local payment methods.

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts apply and are displayed on the royalbet deposit page at the time of transaction. These limits may vary by payment method and may be updated from time to time. royalbet does not charge a fee for deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

• Deposits are typically credited within minutes of a successful transaction.
• If a deposit does not appear in your account within 30 minutes, contact royalbet support with your transaction reference.
• royalbet does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. The payment method used must belong to the registered account holder.
• royalbet reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit that it reasonably suspects is connected to fraudulent activity.

6Withdrawals

10Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on royalbet. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of any balance, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Creating more than one account on royalbet.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or verification.
• Using the platform if you are under 18 years of age.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in any royalbet game or system.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tool to interact with the platform in a non-human manner.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using the platform to launder money or conduct any other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or reproduce any part of the royalbet platform or its games.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing royalbet staff or other players.
• Depositing funds from a payment method that does not belong to you.

11Intellectual Property

All content on the royalbet platform — including but not limited to game graphics, animations, sound effects, logos, interface designs, text, and software — is the intellectual property of royalbet or its licensed content providers. This content is protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the royalbet platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute any royalbet content without written permission.
• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on royalbet content.
• Use royalbet's name, logo, or branding in any way without prior written consent.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the royalbet platform.

12Limitation of Liability

royalbet provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we work hard to maintain a stable and reliable service, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or that the platform will be free from errors at all times.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, royalbet shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of funds resulting from a player's failure to comply with these Terms.

13Account Termination

You may close your royalbet account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to identity verification and any pending withdrawal conditions.

royalbet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, including but not limited to cases where:

• A player has breached any part of these Terms.
• royalbet suspects fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.
• A player has requested self-exclusion.
• royalbet is required to do so by a regulatory authority or court order.
• A player's account has been inactive for an extended period.

In cases of termination due to a breach of these Terms, royalbet reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach, the balance may be forfeited.

14Amendments to These Terms

royalbet may update or amend these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify registered players via email or through an in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect, where reasonably practicable.

The most current version of these Terms will always be available on this page, with the "Last updated" date shown at the top. If you continue to use royalbet after the effective date of any changes, you are deemed to have accepted the updated Terms.

If you do not agree with any updated Terms, you should stop using the platform and contact support to close your account. Your real-money balance will be returned to you in accordance with Section 13.
